Case Challenge
The customer needed a student management software for their 15-30 RTO clients. The project included the customer’s biggest RTO client who needed an extensive system to manage their 5000+ student profiles. They appointed Intelegain’s services to develop an integrated and comprehensive education resource planning (ERP) software for assisting clients (RTO) in management and administration of their institution.
Technology And Tools
Intelegain employed .NET Framework, HTML/CSS for frontend development and MS SQL for backend development.
Intelegain’s Solution
Intelegain developed a simple and economical student/ class management system – as well as an online portal for students and employers. It allows you to record student profiles (which includes fees, results, payments and creation of letters/ reports). The student management software allows self-enrollment for students online decreasing administrative burden on RTOs.
Result
Intelegain developed an optimal online system that integrates the management successfully, increasing staff participation, driving efficiency and relieving administrative duties from RTO clients.
